The selling module is one of the core modules of ERPNext. This module allows you to manage the sales process through the system. Starting from generating Sales Order, Sales Invoice into creating Delivery Note when you ship your products. The full lifecycle of sales in your organization is covered by the system.
On the back of the selling processes, there is also the integrated accounting system and inventory system. Every action that you do in relation to sales will be synchronized with the correct accounting ledgers and entries as well as synchronized with the perpetual inventory system. All payments that you receive will also be managed in the system.
The selling module also allows you to create as many items as you like, track items using serial numbers and create different kinds of promotions.
Of course, any feature in ERPNext will not be complete without its analytical suite. The selling module comes pre-loaded with important reports such as: sales analytics, sales funnel, ordered items to be delivered, item sales history, sales order trends, lead, customer report, and many more. The purchasing module is another core of the ERP system. Every company regardless of the size will need to manage purchasing to keep the business moving. Through this purchasing/buying module, you can manage the lifecycle such as purchase order, purchase invoice, purchase receipt, and payment entry all integrated within one system.
This means each purchase orders will have complete records in the system that you can analyze and trace through. Purchasing is also linked with accounting and the perpetual inventory system. All accounting data such as accounts payable, payment, terms of payments are all integrated into the journals and ledgers, so the record keeping will always be crisp and clean. Also, all stock movements such as goods received and goods returned will be recorded in the stock ledger. This is so that your stock movement is always tracked in detail.
The purchasing/buying module comes pre-loaded with useful reports such as purchase analytics, order trends, requested items to be purchased, and many more. As usual, we can also build any custom reports or analytics that you need.
The ERPNext accounting module is the core of the system if you want to use the ERP to its full potential. While it’s possible to use only a portion of the system that does not depends fully on accounting such as HR or custom modules, we highly recommend a full integration using the Accounting system.

Manufacturing module is one of the largest specialized modules in ERPNext. The module is not solely used by manufacturing companies. In fact, we have done implementations for construction companies that use the Bill of Material feature of this module quite extensively.
This module allows you to set up all the master data such as warehouse structures, workstations or machines, operations, items as raw materials, and routings (for when the same operations are used to build different products). All these master data are then used to execute the manufacturing processes.
Further activities are then managed using these documents: Bill of Materials, Work Order, Job Card, and Production Plan. Through those features, your company will be able to manage its manufacturing efficiently and accurately. All of the manufacturing processes are integrated directly to the inventory system, raw materials are deducted from the stock automatically and produced products are all added to the stock automatically.
Our ERP Supports multi-level bills of materials. Which means that each Bill of Materials can depend on other Bill of Materials for its raw materials. This is especially useful for building construction businesses where this Bill of Material system can be used to create detailed costing.
If your company is not in the manufacturing or construction business, the Bill of Materials can also be used to create a packaged item or to repack bulk items. As an example, if you bought a 100 meters cable, you can use the Bill of Materials to create 1 meters cables in 100 quantities.
